(1) If the ownership of the publication of a newspaper registered in accordance with section 7 is transferred in accordance with the law, the person who receives it shall inform the local authority within seven days in the prescribed format.
(2) After receiving the information as per sub-section (1), the local authority shall enter the relevant details in the registration book and inform the press registrar that the ownership of the newspaper has been transferred.
